Refund policy

For any return questions, contact us any time via e-mail at info@brightworkshop.ca.

Products are non-refundable or non-returnable after 45 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns will be charged a mandatory 25% restocking fee unless due to defective or incorrect product shipped.

To start a return, please provide your order number and contact us at info@brightworkshop.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  If an items is missing, please contact us within 14 days. You can contact us at info@brightworkshop.ca 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We offer samples at a nominal fee so you can determine which product is right for your application. 

We will NOT consider returns for the following:

  • Any used accessory
  • Rymplecloth rolls or cases more than 15% used or consumed.  
  • Nuvite Chemical Products more than 15% used or consumed

Cancellations 

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 48 hours after order creation and we will cancel the order and refund your payment. Please provide your order number, e-mail address your name. Please send an e-mail to info@brightworkshop.ca The timing for the refund to appear in your account can vary based on your bank or provider

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to process. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund also.
