Shipping policy

Order Status and Tracking:  All orders receive an order confirmation via e-mail or SMS and you can track order status.   We use Canada Post or FedEx to ship orders.  To view your shipping status, input your tracking number provided in your order confirmation email in either the following sites:

Shipping costs: Costs will vary by product, size,weight  and region. Shipping charges will be calculated during checkout

Where does Minoo Corporation Ship?  Minoo Corporation will ship to  Asia (Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Sri Lanka & Singapore), Australia, Canada & New Zealand. 

Online Ordering:  At this time we only offer online ordering for Canadian customers.  For purchased outside of Canada (Australia, Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Singapore & New Zealand), please contact us at info@brightworkshop.ca

When will I receive my order? Minoo Corporation and will do our best to provide the most efficient shipping method.  Our preferred Canadian Carriers are Canada Post or FedEx Ground. Asian, Australian & New Zealand orders, we use Fedex or UPS unless otherwise specified. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Ontario & Québéc ShippingTimes: 3-5 business days
  • Rest of Canada:  7-10 business days
  • Asia, Australia & New Zealand:  10-14 business days

We will provide via e-mail or sms your order tracking details with a link directly to your tracking number.

Last Minute service via Fedex. Depending on product availability, last Minute service with Fedex is available for the cost of delivery plus a rush fee of $15.  Orders must be placed no later than 6pm (M-F) for delivery to Fedex Ship Centre before 8:00 pm. E-mail us at info@brightworkshop.ca 

Greater Toronto Area Rush Delivery. Need something in a rush? Canadian Customers can call toll free at 1.833.333.0883.  Available 7 days a week (exceptions may apply) and starting at $40, we will personally deliver your products to the location of you choice. Areas serviced are City of  Hamilton (Mount Hope), Halton Region, Peel Region, Metropolitan Toronto and Limited areas or Durham & York region.
